INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify, defend and hold us and all subsidiaries and
affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, agents,
information providers, licensors or other partners, harmless from and against

Group / Swanson Law Group and govern
your use of this Site, superceding any prior agreements between you and Swanson
Realty Group / Swanson Law Grou.
The Terms and the relationship between you and Swanson Realty Group / Swanson
Law Grou shall be governed by the
laws of the State of Nevada without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
You and Swanson Realty Group / Swanson Law Group agree to submit to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction of the
state and federal courts located within the county of Clark, Nevada. The
failure of Swanson Realty Group / Swanson Law Group to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms
shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. If any provision of
these Terms is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, the
parties nevertheless agree that the court should endeavor to give effect to the
parties' intentions as reflected in the provision, and that the other provisions
of these Terms will remain in full force and effect.
