District Court Judges Gloria Sanchez and William Voy have appointed Melodie Swanson of Swanson Law Group as the real estate broker of record on several occasions to sell marital property in divorce proceedings.  In such cases, she finds it helpful to appear in court with the parties - to aid in the resolution of the property dispute issues as an unbiased, neutral third party.
